⚠️ Site
Preparation & Access

All installation areas must be prepared in full accordance with the Inconcert First Fix Guide before installation can begin.

Inconcert
installation areas may be grouped into pre agreed phases to support project flow and minimise disruption.

Equipment will only be installed once all prerequisites are met, including compliance with the Inconcert First Fix Guide and relevant building regulations.

The site must be equipped with basic amenities, including electrical power and an active internet connection, prior to equipment installation. It is strongly recommended that a live internet service be provided by the chosen supplier at least one month before the project’s scheduled completion date.

Installations at height higher than 3.5 metres must have access (including ladders, platforms and cranes) provided by the client or site contractor unless clearly specified in the quotation.

🖌 Decorative Works

Any decorative work required as part of or following installation (e.g., making good around wall plates, holes, or brackets) must be completed by the client’s building contractor, unless explicitly included in the scope of works.

🧾Payment Terms

The project payment structure is divided into the following stages:

1. Project Management, Installation
Cabling & Design Fees
2. Equipment & Materials Deposit 3. Labour Fee
This includes costs associated with project management, initial cabling, and planning / system design. Payment of this invoice constitutes formal agreement between Inconcert and the client, and signifies acceptance of the project’s Service Line Agreement. This payment covers the full cost of equipment and materials, or may be divided into instalments across pre-agreed project phases, as outlined in the proposal. Labour costs are invoiced either upon full project completion or progressively at the conclusion of each pre-agreed phase. Inconcert reserves the right to invoice for completed phases should subsequent phases be delayed or not scheduled within a foreseeable timeframe.

In the event of project cancellation by the client, payments for completed phases and committed materials or labour are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable once equipment has been installed.

Inconcert reserves the right to suspend work on the project if payments are not received by the due date. Work will resume only once outstanding balances are cleared.

Ownership of equipment, materials, and final deliverables remains with Inconcert until full payment for the project has been received.

🛡️ Warranty

Product Warranty is determined by each manufacturer. Labour warranty under the invoiced scope of work lasts for 1 year and starts on the date of the issue of the last labour invoice for the project or pre-agreed phase of the project.

📦 Terminations and Fittings

To ensure site-wide consistency, termination plate frames should be supplied by the building contractor. Inconcert can provide standard white euro module frames for data and AV points upon request.

⏱ Delays & Additional Charges

Delays caused by site unpreparedness, non-compliance with the First Fix Guide, or failure to meet applicable building regulations will incur hourly charges as per Inconcert’s Price List. Additional charges resulting from equipment changes or an expanded scope of work will be reflected in updated versions of the quotation upon agreement. If the project value or duration exceeds the original pricing bracket, the Project Management fee may be
adjusted in line with Inconcert’s current price list.

Miscellaneous

Any affiliate / commission agreements must be signed before starting a project marked by the date of the first invoice.

Forms, assessments, and certifications must be outlined and approved before the commencement of the project. Requests made after the start of the project may incur additional charges.
